We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Furdeva does not ship internationally at this time. We ship domestic only - anywhere in Australia. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a deliver exception. We’ve found that, more often that not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbour. Furdeva politely requests that customers look in common courier hiding spots. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it. If you haven't located your order, please contact us at helpdesk@furdeva.com.au to report missing or lost packages. If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at helpdesk@furdeva.com.au.
Incorrect Size
If you ordered the incorrect size item, and would like to exchange.
We will accept product exchanges due to incorrect sizing or change of mind, as long as the following process is followed:
1. You must email us within 28 days of receiving the Item(s) to commence the return / exchange process;
2. The item(s) must be not used, and in original new condition with tags still in place
3. You must contact our service team with order number on helpdesk@furdeva.com.au to receive an exchange or return ID number and address.
4. Arrange the courier of your choice to return the item to the address provided by our team in step 3. Please note that we do not offer return labels. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please use a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure the items can be tracked. We cannot be responsible for items we have not received.
5. Once we have received the item, it will be quality inspected. If the item passes you will be contacted to initiate the return or exchange.
Refunds can take up to 7 business days to process, depending on the bank.
For Faulty Items
We appreciate that receiving a faulty item is not ideal. We will work to resolve this as quickly as possible.
To initiate a Faulty item return, please follow the instructions.
1. Please obtain photos of the item and the fault
2. Send an email including the photos, order number and your phone number to our service team on helpdesk@furdeva.com.au to initiate the return process.
3. Once checked for the fault you will receive a return shipping label.
Warranty
Our products are covered by a 90 day from date of purchase warranty. We warrant that our products are free from defects in workmanship and materials; are of merchantable quality, and are fit for the purpose for which they were made. Beyond 90 days we cannot be held liable to replace/refund for faults.
If products are damaged as a result of use, our warranty is voided in line with Australian Consumer Law. This includes:
1. Damage as a result of a dog chewing the item/s; and
2. Damage as a result of sea water
3. Damage as a result of miss use.
Refunds can take up to 7 business days to process, depending on the bank.
